CONTEXT

A metal construction manufacturer in Moldova producing picket fences (stacheta), louver/blind fences (jaluzele), ranch-style fences, concrete products, and gates. Serves the local market and EU diaspora — Moldovans living in France and Germany who build or renovate homes back home.

They came from another agency. That agency told them 'there are no sales in this market.' We took over in winter — the slowest season for construction. We came in with a targeted offer, restructured the campaigns, and started printing results at half the cost per message the previous agency delivered. And yes — including actual sales. In winter.

The previous agency's problem wasn't the market. It was the approach.

THE EVOLUTION

From messages to configurator — how we scaled quality

  1. 01

    Phase 1 — Messages, meet them where they are

    The client's team already worked through WhatsApp. Customers in Moldova message first, ask questions, negotiate, then buy. We kept the workflow they knew and focused on cutting cost per conversation. Result: messaging at $2.36–$3.68 per message. Half what the previous agency charged. Sales started coming in immediately.

  2. 02

    Phase 2 — Product-line segmentation

    One campaign for 'fences' doesn't work when you sell five different products to five different buyers. Separate campaigns per product line: Stacheta (picket fences), Jaluzele (louver fences), Ranch fences, Betoane (concrete products), Gates. Each product line got its own creative, its own audience, its own messaging.

  3. 03

    Phase 3 — The 3D configurator, lead qualification machine

    Same concept we built for the glass railings client in France — adapted for metal fences. The customer designs their fence: style, material, dimensions, color, accessories. Every completed configuration is a detailed project specification. Two lead capture levels: Hot leads (offer made) and Warm leads (intent confirmed, didn't complete).

  4. 04

    Phase 4 — Call campaigns

    Latest test: call objective campaigns. The client reports higher quality prospects from direct phone calls — people who call are further along in their decision. Testing continues.

Technical work behind the configurator: custom 3D models optimized as geometry for fast loading, backend configuration for pricing, proper Facebook tracking, partner dashboards where the team can change prices, run promos, generate partner codes with custom pricing and logos.
